Larry Weissman

Most recently, Mr. Weissman was the Vice President of Sales for Service Intelligence, Inc. a customer experience measurement firm with offices in Atlanta, Seattle and Calgary. Mr. Weissman was responsible for restructuring and managing all sales, business development and market penetration initiatives. Larry reported to the CEO and Board of Directors including its venture capital partners, Austin Ventures and Prism Capital. As a member of a five person Leadership Team, he was involved in setting the strategic direction of the firm and had departmental P&L responsibilities. In the 3+ years that Larry held this position he increased revenue 105%, while reducing expenses.
Prior to his involvement with Service Intelligence, Larry was the founder and President of Paradigm Direct Marketing and Paradigm Interactive, a Direct Response Interactive Agency based in Atlanta. In the early 90’s starting with limited venture capital and resources, Larry grew Paradigm into a leading Direct Response and Interactive Agency with many nationally respected clients. Acting as the Sales leader at Paradigm, Larry increased sales revenue at an annual rate of over 30% for 5 consecutive years in a commoditized, price driven environment. At the time of his departure from Paradigm, in June of 2000, the firm had become an industry leader in its space.
Weissman’s career includes more than 25 years of sales, sales management, business development and executive level positions. He has developed client acquisition and sales plan execution strategies for several sales organizations and has been instrumental in the development of vendor-client relationships with Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, Lands’ End, Fidelity Investments, NAPA Auto Parts, Visa, and many other Fortune 500 companies.
Larry received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and has attended Executive Education classes at the Harvard Business School and Wharton.
